Half Caff

Start here if you want: a normal-feeling daily cup with about half the caffeine.

Half Caff is for people who still want coffee to taste like coffee, just with a little less jump. It is an easy middle ground for afternoons, second cups, or households where full-strength is sometimes too much.

Good for: daily drinking, later cups, and cutting caffeine without making it feel like a compromise.

We roast a few times a week in Port Wing, so coffee that ships out is only a few days off the roaster.
