By using the Lake Wind Coffee website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not in a way that could harm the website, the business, or other customers. We may update or change website content, products, and policies at any time without notice.

Products
Lake Wind Coffee LLC is a small-batch coffee roastery based in Port Wing, Wisconsin. We roast to order and currently offer Light, Medium, Dark, and Decaf coffees, along with subscriptions and gift cards. Because coffee is a natural product and each batch is roasted fresh, minor differences in flavor, appearance, or timing may happen.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are managed through Recharge and renew automatically on the schedule you select at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you skip or cancel. You can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Recharge customer portal. Our standard refund policy applies separately to each subscription delivery.

Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer a first-month-free subscription promotion. If you receive a free first bag through this promotion and cancel your subscription within the first 6 months, the cost of that free bag will be charged to the card on file. This is the only cancellation-related charge or penalty we apply.

Gift Cards
Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lake Wind Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, branding, and product descriptions, belongs to Lake Wind Coffee LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lake Wind Coffee LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order, product, or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service involved.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.
