Decaf Mexico Cristal Water Process

This Mexico decaf uses a water process and is roasted to still taste like coffee: mild Kahlúa, graham, almond, mellow sweetness, and enough acidity to keep the cup alive.

Good for: afternoon cups, evening coffee, caffeine-sensitive drinkers, and anyone who wants decaf that does not feel like punishment.

We roast a few times a week in Port Wing, so coffee that ships out is only a few days off the roaster.
